Nathaniel Vickers was convicted of violating a condition of his bail release by having contact with his domestic companion, Annette Jamestown.1 During trial, Vickers argued that he was not guilty because he reasonably, though mistakenly, believed his conditions of release allowed him to have contact with Jamestown.
