[¶ 1] Tyson Schwab appeals the district court's criminal judgments after a jury found him guilty of driving under the influence and of carrying a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle. Schwab contends the district court erred by not allowing the forensic scientist who performed the chemical testing on his blood to testify at trial.
