¶ 1 Following the denial of a suppression motion, Jason Lee Fry was convicted on stipulated facts of possession of over 40 grams of marijuana. On appeal, he contends his production of an authorization for medical use of marijuana negated probable cause to search his house. He also asserts the trial court erred in rejecting his proposed defense under the Washington State Medical Use of Marijuana Act (the Act), chapter 69.51A RCW. We affirm.
