Bobby Stewart entered a guilty plea to his failure or refusal to comply with a request from a law-enforcement official to display evidence of insurance, a violation of § 32-7A-16, Ala.Code 1975, and to driving under the influence ("DUI") of alcohol to a degree that rendered him incapable of safely driving, a violation of § 32-5A-191, Ala.Code 1975.
