Taylor James Bloate was convicted of one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court1 sentenced him to 360 months' imprisonment. Bloate appeals, asserting a Speedy Trial Act violation and other trial and sentencing errors.
