Acuity, A Mutual Insurance Company, appeals the circuit court's grant of summary judgment to Harco National Insurance Company dismissing Acuity's third-party complaint against Harco. Harco is K & B Transportation, Inc.'s insurer; Acuity insures Hansen Storage Company.
