The plaintiff, Meredith Finan, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying her post-judgment motion for contempt against the defendant, John Finan. She claims that the court improperly interpreted § 25-56 of our rules of practice to require a party to serve a request for production of documents no later than five business days before the scheduled hearing date.
