We consider today whether an alien who overstayed her tourist visa, and then paid $10,000 for the purchase of a fraudulent alien registration card (known as a "green card") manufactured by a corrupt federal immigration employee, can bar the government from removing her from this country on the grounds the government is estopped to assert the green card is bogus.
