Defendant, Raul Caro, was charged with one count of unlawful use of a weapon. After a hearing, the circuit court granted defendant's motion to quash the search warrant and suppress evidence pursuant to Franks v. Delaware, 438 U.S. 154, 98 S.Ct. 2674, 57 L.Ed.2d 667 (1978). The State appeals. We affirm.
