Zelvin appeal from the judgments of the trial court denying their application to vacate or to modify an arbitration award and granting the application to confirm the award filed by JEM Builders, Inc. (JEM Builders). On appeal, the Zelvins claim that the court improperly confirmed the award because the submission to the arbitration panel was restricted and the arbitration panel exceeded the scope of its authority.
