Thomas Huntley was charged in a four-count indictment with drug and firearm offenses. He pleaded guilty to two firearm possession counts and went to trial on the drug count and an additional firearm count charging that he "knowing[ly] used a firearm . . . during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime" in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A).
