A majority of the Court of Appeals panel reversed on three separate grounds in State v. Stowell, No. 96,091, 2007 WL 2080410, unpublished opinion filed July 20, 2007. The State's petition for review requested that we reverse the Court of Appeals on only one of that court's stated suppression...
