In this case, we examine whether WIS. STAT. § 632.32(5)(i) (2005-06)1 permits two independent underinsured motorist (UIM) carriers with two separate policies to each reduce their respective UIM coverages by the liability limits paid by a single tortfeasor. We hold that it does.
