{¶ 1} Ellen and Roscoe Reagans ("the buyers") bought a motor home from Paul Sherry Vans, and R.V.'s, Inc. ("Sherry"), but that motor home turned out to have a defect. The buyers sued Sherry and the manufacturer, MountainHigh Coachworks, Inc., for violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, R.C. 1345.01 et seq., and a breach of an implied warranty on the vehicle, among other claims.
