This criminal case presents the question of whether the Circuit Court for Baltimore City erred in declining to give a jury instruction requested by the defendant as to the evaluation of the testimony of a witness who uses or is addicted to drugs. In particular, we consider whether the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury that the testimony of a particular witness "must be examined with greater scrutiny than the testimony of any other witness...
