APPEL, Justice.

Prisoner appeals a nunc pro tunc order clarifying a 1998 order of restitution. In 2006, the district court determined that the 1998 restitution order applied only to victim restitution, leaving petitioner responsible for other restitution, including court costs and attorneys' fees. The court of appeals agreed. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse.
