Alfred Bone Shirt, Belva Black Lance, Bonni High Bull, and Germaine Moves Camp ("plaintiffs") challenge the district court's1 order denying their motion for expert witness fees under section 6 of the "Fannie Lou Hamer, Rosa Parks, and Coretta Scott King Voting Rights Act Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 2006," 42 U.S.C. § 1973 l (e) (the "VRARA"). We affirm.
