Monica Buboltz, who is legally blind, sued her former employer, Residential Advantages, Inc. (RAI), under state law, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (the Americans with Disabilities Act or ADA), and 29 U.S.C. § 794 (section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973). RAI moved to dismiss Buboltz' complaint.
