PER CURIAM.

In this action filed pursuant to the Construction Lien Act (CLA), MCL 570.1101 et seq., defendant Homeowner Construction Lien Recovery Fund appeals as of right the trial court's June 29, 2006, judgment in favor of plaintiff The Big L Corporation. We reverse and remand.
