Tommy Delando Burns was convicted by a jury of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine and two counts of aiding and abetting the distribution of crack cocaine. He was sentenced to 360 months' imprisonment on each count and five years supervised release with all sentences to run concurrently.
