On November 29, 2006, Jerry Demetrius Deloach was convicted of burglary of a church in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County, Mississippi and sentenced to serve fourteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. On appeal, Deloach asserts the following two issues, stated verbatim: "(1) whether the trial court committed reversible error in failing to grant the submitted jury instruction on the alternate defense...
