Plaintiffs Paula Roe-Midgett and Paul Decker sued their employer CC Services, Inc. ("CCS") for overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1). CCS contracts with insurance companies to provide claims processing services for auto, home, commercial, and farm policies.
