KAPSNER, Justice.

[¶ 1] Darl Hehn appeals a district court order committing him as a sexually dangerous individual. We affirm the order.

[¶ 2] In April 1997, Hehn pled guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of terrorizing. The charges and convictions were based on an incident involving Hehn's 17-year-old former girlfriend. In May 1996, Hehn took his former girlfriend from her home at gunpoint, sexually assaulted...
