Plaintiff appeals from an order dismissing her complaint against Defendants pursuant to N.C. Gen.Stat. § 1A-1, Rule 12(b)(1), Rule 12(b)(2), and Rule 12(b)(6). For the reasons discussed herein, we affirm.
