¶ 1 CGP-Aberdeen, L.L.C. ("CGP") challenges the constitutional adequacy of the compensation it received for a fifty-acre parcel of real property that was condemned by the City of Scottsdale ("Scottsdale"). The United States Constitution requires that a property owner be paid just compensation in the amount of the value of the property as of the date it is taken from the owner.
