William Jerry Wimbish appeals his conviction for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of Code § 18.2-266, and the mandatory ten-day jail sentence he received as required by Code § 18.2-270. Wimbish raises two issues on appeal. First, he argues that the admission of the "Certificate of Blood Alcohol Analysis" by the trial court violated his confrontation right under the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution...
