¶ 1. Amy R. Hollingsworth appeals the decision of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) denying her unemployment benefits. She argues that the board of review's finding that she failed to accept suitable work without good cause is not supported by substantial evidence, and the board of review's determination, pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 71-5-19(4), that she must repay benefits received was in error...
