(West 2004)), after he sustained severe injuries in a motor vehicle accident that occurred while he was driving for the respondent, Beelman Trucking (Beelman), on April 19, 1995. Carson's injuries included a burst fracture at C5-6 resulting in the complete loss of use of both legs...
