Todd Hansel entered a conditional guilty plea to a two-count indictment charging him with possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) and (b)(2), and distribution of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(1) and (b)(1).
