OPINION

STEWART, Judge.

A jury convicted Lance D. Hinson of extreme-indifference second-degree murder1 for strangling Tina Shangin. The superior court imposed a net 70-year term to serve and restricted Hinson's eligibility for discretionary parole until he served 40 years' imprisonment.

Hinson appeals, arguing that the superior court wrongly denied his motion for judgment of acquittal. We reject this argument because...
