PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of second-degree home invasion, MCL 750.110a(3). He was sentenced as an habitual offender, fourth offense, MCL 769.12, to a prison term of 10 to 20 years. Because defendant was on parole when he committed the offense, the sentence was ordered to be served consecutively to the remaining portion of defendant's prior sentence, and no credit for time served was awarded. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
