Anthony Birdine was convicted by a jury of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute at least 50 grams of a mixture of substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine base ("crack cocaine"), two counts of distribution of crack cocaine, and one count of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
