Plaintiffs Alfred J. Edwards and Mary Eva Edwards assert federal claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of their Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Specifically, Plaintiffs assert claims of excessive force, deliberate indifference to a serious medical need, failure to properly train and supervise, and loss of consortium. Defendants now move for summary judgment on all Plaintiffs' claims...
