MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently before the Court are Defendants' [hereinafter "the State"] motion for summary judgment1 and Plaintiffs' response thereto, as well as Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction seeking to prevent the State from executing them by lethal injection during the pendency of their § 1983 litigation.
