¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, which presided over Appellant's bench trial and convicted him of DUI-Highest rate of alcohol, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3802(C), DUI-General impairment, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3802(A)(1), Obedience to authorized persons directing traffic, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3102, and Public drunkenness and similar misconduct, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 5505.
