¶ 1 A jury convicted Russell Vant of a protection order violation and a sex offender registration violation. Vant appeals the protection order violation conviction on the ground that the State produced insufficient evidence to prove that the home where he was seen by his community corrections officer (CCO) was the protected party's "residence."
