The pro se plaintiff, Monica Ervin, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the defendant, Pasquale Avallone. The court found for the defendant on the plaintiff's complaint and awarded the defendant damages on his counterclaim for the plaintiff's failure to pay rent.
