This case represents another in the long line of cases involving an arbitration agreement in a contract for the purchase of a mobile/manufactured home. This court has consistently refused to enforce an arbitration agreement, stripping the unsuspecting buyer of his right of access to the courts for redress of a grievance. See Rodriguez v.
