A jury convicted defendant of two counts of first-degree robbery, ORS 164.415(1), one count of second-degree robbery, ORS 164.405(1)(b), and one count of unlawful use of a weapon, ORS 166.220(1)(a). On appeal, defendant makes four assignments of error.
