In this criminal appeal from a conviction of the crimes of attempt to commit murder and assault, the principal issue is the admissibility of testimony by the victim that he believed that the defendant had killed his nephew, Despite the lack of a showing that the defendant had in fact done so, the trial court admitted this testimony into evidence as prior misconduct evidence that was probative of motive.
