Janet Kemu Che, a native and citizen of Cameroon, petitions for review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming the decision of the Immigration Judge ("IJ") to deny her applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT").
