A jury convicted Tyrone Sturdivant of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base and to distribute cocaine salt, and two counts of distribution of powder cocaine. Sturdivant appeals the denial of his motions for acquittal and new trial. The government cross-appeals the denial of a sentencing enhancement. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms...
