In this criminal appeal from a conviction of sexual assault and risk of injury to a child, the defendant contests the admission into evidence of the redacted videotape and transcript of a diagnostic interview of the minor complainant, a twelve year old girl. The interview in question was conducted by a licensed clinical social worker at the Yale Sexual Abuse Clinic at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
