In this habeas corpus case, the trial court dismissed plaintiffs petition on the ground that plaintiff had an adequate alternative remedy in the form of judicial review of an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision establishing his parole release date. Plaintiff appeals, arguing that he is entitled to habeas corpus relief because the board erroneously set his parole release date at a time later than the expiration date of his sentence...
