The petitioner, Luis Angel Lebron, appeals following the denial of his first amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court improperly denied his two post-judgment motions without conducting a hearing to inquire into the merits of his claims. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
