William E. Jenkins (Jenkins or employer) appeals a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission awarding benefits to Timothy Sterling Webb (claimant). Jenkins contends the commission erred in (1) finding claimant proved he sustained an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment on November 25, 2003; and (2) rejecting the deputy commissioner's credibility determinations.
