I. INTRODUCTION

A mother appeals from an order terminating her parental rights. She argues that the trial court's findings that (1) she had failed to remedy her conduct, and (2) terminating her parental rights was in the child's best interests, are clearly erroneous and therefore the court had no legal basis to terminate her parental rights.
