The defendant, Chester Kinsey, was charged by grand jury indictment with aggravated rape, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42. After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty as charged. Defendant's motions for new trial and for post verdict judgment of acquittal were denied.
