Taquisha Brooks ("the mother") and Jonathan Brooks ("the father") were divorced on April 25, 2002, by a judgment of the trial court that expressly incorporated the parties' separation agreement and, among other things, awarded the mother "primary physical custody of" Redonte Toles ("the child"), the parties' minor child.
