This appeal arises from the claim of Plaintiff, Wilbert J. Lemons, for workers' compensation benefits. Plaintiff was injured in 19841 while working for Defendant, Georgia Pacific Corporation. He was treated at the time for an injury to his back and received workers' compensation benefits for that injury.
